A two-day coming together of 100 people around future relevant topics and themes – groundbreaking – where selected participants speak, lead discussions and help other participants develope ideas, concepts and prototypest to change their work, life and world.

We attended the Adobe XD workshop, then our former grad Felix Richter who is Executive Creative Director at Droga5 New York and one of the most awarded creatives in the US inspired on the Main stage, also our Managing Director Digital, Ina Behrendt hold a keynote speech about Creative Technology and new ways of education and talent skills and next to other amazing speakers, then we got the opportunity to have a privat Q&A session with Stefan Sagmeister himself!!! We had a chat over a beer…ok, over a water 😉 and received golden tips based on his own experience. Wow – we felt very honored to spend some time with him in person at the BAR!!! Forward Festival Hamburg 2018, brings the best international and local creative heads and provid insights into their success stories!

International Hackathons
We are attending International Hackathons + Conferences to change the world for the better
We literally believe that the world is your classroom. And we are teaching this motto, not just on campus side and during the 3 quarter internships in the hottest and best known companies and agencies around the world – we are also attending competitions, pitches and hackathons to participate in real project, gain more collaboration experience, industry knowledge and hands-on working business. The World’s oldest VR & AR Festival, located in France.
We are so thrilled that our Miami Ad School Europe Creative Technology students Paras Juneja Sukratti Jain Justus Rosenkranz and their awesome mentor Philip Wogart ranked 2nd @LavalVirtual’s hackathon 2019 out of 10. EU Hackathon “Europe to the Hearts”
We also attended the European Union Hackathon `Take Europe to the hearts‘ and made it 2nd. In this edition, participants had the challenge to create and run a marketing campaign taking Europe to the Hearts. Make it viral, make it big!
HOW DID IT WORK?
At the beginning of the event, each participant presented her/his idea. So if you already have an exciting idea on how to bring EU to the hearts, you can introduce it. But even if you spontaneously came up with an idea during the idea pitches, always with it! After the idea pitches, each participant decided on which idea he/she would like to work on. Subsequently, teams are formed.

CEBIT
CEBIT – Europe’s Business Festival for Innovation and Digitalisation. Our Creative Technology students represented VR/AR tools and promoted our collaboration as well as one of our amazing Gaming VR/AR class teacher and president and founder of the Hamburg Chapter of the Global VR/AR Association Philip Wogart got interviewed by CeBIT.

THIS IS WHAT WE OFFER > PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The goal is to build a successful portfolio in Art Direction/Digital Design or Copywriting/Creative Concepting during 2 years of studying. That’s why we call it „Portfolio Program“. The entire program is split into 8 quarters. The duration of each quarter is 10 weeks. And it results in the Creative Diploma after 2 years or 8 quarters of education.

During the first year, you’ll be based at the school in Berlin. Here you get the foundation to progress in your portfolio building journey. How? Through 5-7 classes perweek and assignments in topics like Concepting, Design & Layout, Adobe Creative Cloud, Script Writing, etc.

In your second year, you’ll go on the Quarter Away terms, traveling the world and learning to apply the tools in real life, at partnering agencies. The school will connect you directly to these agencies. This gives you the possibility to have working experience at an international level and to expand your personal & professional network!.

In your 8th quarter, you will be working on the finishing touches of your portfolio and graduate from school with a Creative Diploma. After graduation, we organizePlacement Support - i.e. Portfolio Screenings with a dozen leading European agencies.

You'll probably get the most intense 2 years of your life when you study with us! Our award-winning school leaves you with a lot of practical experiences where you will not only make new friends and have a lot of fun doing it, but indeed build our own international network of Creatives like no other program can do! It's a place where many exciting, inspiring and impactful things happen.

While we can’t share the detailed schedule, here’s a rough curriculum overview. So you get an idea of our classes in general. From Q1-Q4 (aka: your four quarters in school before you do the four quarters externally, in top international agencies) you have an average of 5 courses from each of the three „content buckets“, here mentioned. Please note that this is subject to change.
But what never changes is the intensity of the program - in addition to the classes, you have
