Course Overview

This intensive course moves beyond generating great ideas to mastering the critical skill of selling them with impact.

Designed for strategists, creatives, and account planners, the program integrates foundational strategic storytelling and rhetoric into your professional toolkit to transform your presentation skills.

You will not just learn to present; you will learn to persuade, focusing on a methodology that makes creative ideas irresistible to clients and stakeholders. This involves mastering the triangulation of Human Insight, Structured Thinking (Rhetoric), and Presentation Craft.

Through proven frameworks, real-world case studies, and extensive live pitch practice, you'll learn to develop a persuasive narrative arc that translates complex strategy into a compelling story, ensuring every element demonstrates clear business value.

By the end, you'll be able to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaign pitches that seamlessly link insight, strategy, and creative concept, giving you the mindset and tools to ensure your groundbreaking ideas are always recognized, understood, and funded.

Learning Outcomes

  • Build a persuasion-based storytelling process from insight to idea delivery.
  • Gain hands-on experience with presentation tools and storytelling frameworks for idea selling.
  • Develop strategic frameworks that connect brand goals, audience insights, and creative work.
  • Apply rhetorical and design principles to make strategy and ideas easy to understand and hard to resist.

Assessment Criteria

  • 40%: Weekly Assignments and Participation – Insight writing, framework exercises, mini-presentations.
  • 60%: Final Pitch Presentation – Team-based campaign pitch presented live in front of a mock client panel.

Anna Nowak-Otto

Anna is a seasoned Strategy Director with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, currently leading efforts atINNOCEAN Worldwide Europe.

Her expertise spans comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research analysis, digital and content strategy, and the development of compelling creative briefs and pitch presentations.

Having previously served in strategic roles at agencies like Jung von Matt, Anna specializes in generating and evaluating human insights and introducing new workshop methodologies. Additionally, she shares her industry knowledge as a Lecturer at Miami Ad School Europe, cultivating the next generation of creative strategists.

Sophia Görner

Sophia is a seasoned European Strategy Director and Founding Member at INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe, where she has spent over nine years driving strategic consultancy and planning across the European network.

She is the Strategic Lead for major clients including Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis across Europe and globally.

Specializing in holistic comms planning and translating data-driven insights into impactful ideas through her work with the Innovation Center of Excellence, she also draws on previous strategic leadership roles at agencies like antoni and Publicis. Since 2022, she has also been sharing her expertise as a Teacher of strategy at Miami Ad School Europe.
